I had considered a face lift and after a consultation with Mr Winterton, he recommended a simple eye lift and some botox. I had the surgery on the 13th January and I can only say the whole process was simple from start to finish. He isn't selling a procedure, he is doing what is best for you. The care I received before, during and after the procedure has been wonderful. Thank you so much to you, Vicki and the team.

I had a fdl tummy tuck with Rob in August 2021 from the first consultation he put me at ease and made me feel normal, everything was explained and there was plenty of time for questions nothing was rushed, Vicki Robs assistant was also very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the operation everyone was lovely and very helpful Rob was again very reassuring, the aftercare was fantastic from when I woke up and still is today after 6 months I had no problems with healing or scarring it was all great but feel if I had of there wouldn’t have been an issue with care. I would definitely return to Rob for any other procedures in the future and highly recommend him to anyone. The main thing I liked was how he kept my natural shape which is what I wanted.

I knew Mr Winterton was the surgeon for me on our first meeting. He listened to exactly what I wanted and we chatted and he excellently managed my expectations, I had a slightly higher BMI 29 on surgery day. But I was happy at the weight I was after a 3 stone weight loss, I have had 4 children all delivered by C-section so had quite a prolific overhang and wanted it removed. Everything went brilliantly, my overnight stay was lovely and all the nursing staff were so kind and attentive. The aftercare has been great, I had a little delayed healing in the centre of my incision, Mr Winterton was fabulous with all communication and fitted me in for extra appointments with no problems. I’m now 6 months post op and couldn’t be happier with my results, Mr Winterton will definitely be my first port of call for any future surgery, his kindness and professionalism is second to none.

From day one of my first consultation with Rob I felt comfortable and in safe, capable hands. He is so professional and sincere and managed my expectations perfectly. He was thorough with his examination and the options available to me for my body type and skin quality. He has a wonderful bedside manner and the team that works alongside him which help to make the overall experience smooth and comfortable. Rob is not only an phenomenal surgeon but his aftercare is second to none. No query is ever too much and he doesn't make you feel silly for asking any question big or small. He is prompt at replying and even goes out of his way to reply on his days off. Following two pregnancies and years of gradually gaining (and consequently losing) weight I was unhappy with the appearance of my tummy or breasts. Although I didn’t have an ‘overhang’, I was feeling quite saggy and despite being a regular at the gym, I found exercise was not having any impact on those areas. Additionally, my breasts were noticeably asymmetrical, which I also wanted to address. This was negatively affecting my confidence, I chose clothes that would hide my appearance, would avoid occasions and tried to hide away. In Early June 21, after months of consideration and research into surgeons, I booked a consultation with Rob Winterton for the end of August 21. We discussed what I hoped to achieve and he assessed my breasts and tummy area. Rob was equally kind and honest when he described what he thought could be achieved and was able to set my expectations really well. I had assumed that implants would be required to address my breast asymmetry, however Rob deduced that I was actually happy with the size of my left breast and suggested a breast lift for the left breast and a reduction (with lift) for the larger, right breast. We also discussed what could be achieved with a standard tummy tuck, which would include a slight mons lift, muscle repair and lipo to my flanks. I left the consultation feeling elated and confident that I wanted Rob to perform the surgery. I called my boss on the way home and agreed extended leave for the end of year then contacted Vicki and booked a date for surgery in December. I arrived at BMI Alexandra on the morning of surgery, and the whole team were just fantastic. I think it is natural to feel apprehensive before major surgery, the team know this and were so good at making me feel relaxed, particularly the anaesthetist. Following the surgery I felt great, I had no pain (thanks to all the pain relief) and although I was very swollen I was immediately happy with the results I could see. I was able to get back and forth from the bathroom (with help) straightaway. I left the hospital at lunch time the following day, prepared to rest and recover over the coming weeks. On day 7, I returned to the hospital to have my dressings removed, everything looked great, swollen, but the scars were all healing well. I purchased a KPad Lipoelastic binder, from Rob, which was amazing. I felt very secure in it and I haven’t suffered much with swelling at all, so I think it has been effective. I also purchased a couple of Macom compression bras (via their website) which were really comfortable and secure. I was given a whole host of dressings, incase they were required over the Christmas period, however I have not had to use these as I haven’t had a single issue with my healing during that time, it really has been text book. I ensured I followed Rob’s directions carefully with regards to rest, not overdoing it and massaging the scars with e45. Simple and effective! It may well be early days, but already my confidence has sky rocketed. I have a mobile phone full of pictures of myself, that I marvel over daily! Rather than hiding my body away, I am buying BIKINIS for my upcoming holidays. I can’t quite describe this level of confidence, other than to say it’s life changing! I am so pleased I have had this surgery and have not had a second of regret. I am told that the results continue to improve over the first year, so I am really looking forward to seeing the progress. I 100% Recommend Rob Winterton and his team for this life changing surgery.
